Dismantling, Reassembling Large Items, Packing & Unpacking

Being premium office furniture movers, we can also provide you with professional full packing and unpacking services. Valued by our business customers is our speedy, yet careful dismantling and reassembling furniture and workstations. As a result, our service allows your employees to walk into the new office and start work immediately.

Free Boxes for a Small Refundable Deposit!

We provide sturdy packing boxes free of charge for businesses moving locally within and around the Lower Mainland. This special offer can be a godsend; whether you do all the packing or just a part, we can provide them as needed. We do require a $5 deposit per box which, when you return the boxes (in good condition and within 30 days) to us we will pay back to you in full.

Bubble wrapping provides that extra level of security for prized items, and we offer this service for a small fee.

A feature which puts Confidence Moving office relocations in a class of its own is our upfront and transparent approach to pricing. We don’t believe in under-quoting and under-delivering, with us everything is above board and open.

Other Fees – Based on Distance from Vancouver

• 30 minutes Call Out Fee for areas within a 40km radius
• 1 hour Call Out Fee for areas between a 40km to 59km radius
• Travel Time depot to depot (including moving distance as well) plus a 10% Fuel Levy for areas over 60km and up to 150km – and tolls if applicable
